Educational Program Evaluation and Assessment

She holds degrees in Environmental Management (ESALQ/USP, 2008), Education (Master's, UNESP Rio Claro, 2011), and Sciences (PhD, Interunits Graduate Program in Applied Ecology - ESALQ/CENA - USP, 2018). As an environmental specialist at the Environmental Research Institute (under the Secretariat for Environment, Infrastructure, and Logistics of the State of São Paulo), she works in the Department of Biodiversity Conservation. Based at the Tupi Experimental Station (Piracicaba-SP), she focuses on environmental education, developing scientific research, coordinating four programs (teacher training, student/elderly visits, and public activities), and producing educational materials. She also supervises undergraduate research, master’s theses, and lato sensu postgraduate final papers.

Additionally, she is part of the education team for the SargaSTREAM project, where she leads the research subproject: “Assessing the impact of an immersive exhibition as an environmental education tool on climate change and sargassum proliferation”.
